Blooming tillandsias

Lutz, FL(Zone 9b)

Well, since it's spring, I decided to go check on my favorite tillandsias in Flatwoods Park. To my delight, they are blooming! Here's some photos.

You're so welcome! The place where I took these has become my new official favorite place on Earth. There are also some native orchids on those same trees, and I can't wait until they start blooming!

Orchids?! Well naturally we'll need some pics!

LOL!

Here's a preview! I had the folks on the orchid forum tell me this is the Florida Butterfly orchid. I keep visiting it hoping it will bloom for me.

Here's one with tillandsias in bloom right above it. It's nice how they can all get along!

Yes, plants don't seem to have the same hang ups we humans do! They get along better!
