Looks very similar to Native Habitat Double Peach. I bet it's a cross using her. I'll also make the assumption that it's very fragrant as well. Nice job growing her out Paul. My Native Habitat is is bloom right now as well, which another reason I am guessing that your plant carries those genes. You will probably find that your fall/winter blooms won't have as much skirt separation. They will be full, fluffy blooms with stuffed skirts. IMO much prettier. I don't know why the blooms will vary so much with each season but it makes it an interesting plant to own.

was 2 years ago i started the seed the brug got broken off last spring wind strom it took all last year and till now to come back and bloom
