Shade cloth for greenhouse

What shade cloth should i buy if i am planning to grow english cucumbers in greenhouse and one wall of my greenhouse is facing west?

BG, try Charleys Greenhouse supply they have a large selection of shade cloth specific to what you are growing. I grow mostly shade plants, so I bought 50 %. lol, Jim

The higher percent of shade is what you need.

I keep my greenhouses covered all year with 50% percent for heat and cool..

Charlie's in Mt Vernon probably has shade cloth, but Steuber's in Snohomish is closer.

balvenie, how is Steuber's in pricing and shipping? do you have their website? there are some portable greenhouse coldframes that I was looking at Charley's but I would like to do some comparison shopping. Jim

Don't know if they have a website. The address is 3rd & Pine, Snohomish. 1-800-426-8815 . I can't give a price comparison since what I buy there I can't find in the Marysville area. They are nice people.

Are you growing tomatoes and cucumbers in GH? Do you heat it? This is my first year with GH (not heated), so i am just learning. Will call Steuber.

I grow toms and peppers only for veggies...hot bed to get them going and light heat of 45...
