Very nice...mine were very sparce this year...it is not a good flower for my zone....unless you plant them annually.

makshi--very pretty. A good idea to pick them--mine are sitting out in the cold and rain looking rather forlorn and beat up. Makes me want to cry!

I am just getting into tulips--they are hard to grow here, too, because of the unpredictable weather and the replanting every year for best bloom.

I didn't see any reason to let them sit and get cold and ugly when I could enjoy them inside. I never have had to replant tulips. These are at least 3-5 years old depending on which ones. I love the many colors.

Check out this post is you love tulips...these were a picture of his tulips last year...he is in Virginia and this year the cold snap got them pretty badly!
