Owl , hang on to your money Pal!!! That is a given!!!! I have the late winter Shakes when the Hatchery catalogs come and Babies are the only cure!!!!! It is a sickness that runs rampant with all our friends here!!!! I dont believe it is cureable, just passifiable! it is like giving a gambling addict a sock of quarters and saying you can only gamble til you run out!!!

HAHAHAHA.

It's so true. Little baby chickies are the true sign of spring around here. Lord knows that having a yard free of snow isn't, this year!

TB, I love how they grow so fast. Every time you turn around, they grow more feathers! You say to yourself, " I could have sworn there wasn't a feather there an hour ago,".... it is so amazing! and don't they look like little chipmunks?

My favorite little chick was my buff orpington. She was just yellow, the way stereotypical chicks are, and she was so tiny! She weighed about 5 oz. Now she weighs 8 lbs! It is truly unbelievable.

Also, you know you have really succumbed, when you can make your own chicks at your house, and don't have to wait for the catalogue. I can't WAIT to start breeding silkies!! YAY! THey're coming on the 24th I think!

Well Im all wiggles for you BYH!!! Cant wait for the 24th! You know, it seems like just being able to wait for and see the new ones we all are getting helps the " Baby" blues so much! We all feel like new Mamas (and Dads) everytime we see the new babies!
So Hang in there girl, it wont be long now!!!
