Angels Eyes For Tear Stains - Any Opinions?

My sister's 1 year old Shih Tzu has those terrible red stains around her eyes. I had heard other people on pet boards mention this product. Has anyone here used it, and have you had good results? The price is a little hefty, but if it works I suppose it would be worth it.
