Pictures of Named Brugs, add yours if it isn't already here

(Tammie) Odessa, TX(Zone 7b)

I thought I would start a thread that those of you who have named brugs who have bloomed to post photos for those of us who see names tossed around and don't know what they look like. I know we can go to the plant files but I thought it would be fun and nice to have a thread with nice pictures, names and photos for us to drool over until our new cuttings grow.

Older photos are good too... just want pictures to look at with names.

Tammie

... anyone want to be first? Mine are all new cuttings so nothing to contribute yet...

I am just going to edit up here for a while so I don't make a lot of breaks in the wonderful line of photos showing up.. this is great! I am drooling already! LOL

Solid Gold

KBS & Solid Gold are excellent brugs for the hot Southern climate. L'amour takes a little bit more care but does fairly well for me here in SW Tennessee.

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

I wish I did, I don't have many now, I gave away a lot of them last year, then this year I lost about 10 because of a spray I used to kill spider mites, it was called Elliminator, and it sure eliminated those brugs, turned the leave all sticky and the stems were like glue, I complained to the company but never got a response. but so happy to see yours looking so lovely.

Union City, CA(Zone 9b)

kareoke , please post more about " Elliminator " . It could stop someone else from killing theirs .

Emory, TX(Zone 8a)

Well, Doris...what goes around comes around...as soon as my brugs are big enough I can send you cuttings! RIght now though they are small. My biggest is probably only 2- 2 1/2 ft tall. But I have heard they grow fast! I had spider mites too. They are a real pain in the _ _ _ _.

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

tony I did post a warning in the Brug Forum, on the label it states "Safe for all flowers, and plants" well it sure IS NOT I only gave them a light spray but I swear you would have thought I used GLUE they were so droopy, and sticky, then everything turned yellow and withing two days they were dead. I wrote the company but they never bothered to answer.

Springfield, OH(Zone 5b)

That just isn't right Kare! Turkeys! (nothing against the bird)

I lost some of mine over the winter..I might only have three for this year.. sniffle.. oh well.. maybe I can get some doubles this year!! That would be cool!
