looking for limelight hydrangea and rasberry sunday peony
Hey, silkie, if your up to doing cuttings, I can send them when we send our trade (limelight hydrangia) I've not rooted any yet. and frost got it good, so it would be hardwood cuttings, not the green, I hear the green roots better, but not sure. It wilted severely in frost . just let me know, if you'd rather do rooted, I certainly understand.
kathy
hmm, i have never rooted my blue nikko, shoot i never thought to check it oh i hope it makes it it just started to have a few buds on it. i'll cry if it doesn't make it the kid's got it for me last year for mother's day and it was so gorgous they will be upset if it don't bloom this year cause of frost.
i already lost most of my liliums, tiger lilies and asiatic lilies alone with some of my new daylilies and not sure what else it hit us pretty good here. i know how ya feel, we went from 70 or so down to 24 i think it was the other night and all my water pipes froze. i had everything inside thought it was safe so put it out even with alot still covered not sure how much has not made it yet. the iris, tulips and daffs are all i see through snow so i'm crossing fingers more make it.
i have never rooted hardwood before not sure if i could do it without help from someone. i have been trying to do roses some have made it so far but about 4 i have killed or close to it not sure what i did to them though. i'd be willing to try if anyone had some advice on how to do them, i'm always up for a challenge, lol.
i'm also looking for rasberry parfait hydrangea if anyone has it i forgot to list it.
thanks,
silkie

kathy
