Remember a month or so ago I was looking for one of these with no luck. Then when I did find one the people wanted $79 for a one gallon pot size plant as well as another $84 to overnight it to me. NOT!!!
Well Since then I have been faithfully checking ebay without missing a day of listings and 6 days ago one finally got listed.
I have been watching it but hesitated to bid on it until the last minute. It ended tonight and look who the lucky winner is!!!! ME!!!!!

I couldn't believe my luck last month when I found one of these at a local nursery in their greenhouse. You better believe I snatched it up! I think it was only $9 for a 6'' pot. I also got a begonias Fireflush that same day in a 10'' hanging pot for $12.

sadly, Sammy the cat gave all my ponytails a haircut since he likes plants with pointy leaves (all the better to snack on). I really though I had them in a spot he couldn't get to, but when there's a feline will, there's a feline way.

Great...I'm so glad you got one. I love mine but could not find any more. Even my plant lady friend couldn't find any at her distributors. Great price too!! Congrats.
Treat them like a cactus (lots of sun and water sparingly) and it will be happy.

I was totally surprised that for 6 days no one else bid on this one. Apparently everybody had other things to do besides sit and cruise ebay all day like me!!!
Hopefully the plant will be shipped tomorrow. I paid instantly as I was sitting waiting for the auction to end but so far I havent heard anything from the seller.
