When my H. pottsii died three years ago, I stuck this leaf in dirt. After several false starts -- and periods of neglect -- it's finally sprouted a stem that looks like it might be viable. Fingers crossed!

Indeed. I hate to throw a hoya out under any circumstances...but especially one that's hard to find in the local nursery. It's sprouted three stems before, but this is the longest any of them have lasted. Vamos a ver.
