Happy Easter everyone. It is cold here in Alabama today but am looking for a good day. Mr_Crocosmia I was introduced to crocosmia "lucifer" last year. Not only did I like it the hummingbirds loved this little red flower. A fellow hummingbird lover sent me some more this winter and I also found them at Home Depot.
Wish I could send you some of these little jewels. They are wonderful.

Happy Easter, everyone!! We are trying to squeeze a few moments with the garden and then going to my second oldest son's house for a feast this afternoon. I can hardly wait to see my youngest granddaughter. It has been over a month since I have seen her and you know how fast one-year-old's change.

Sure is cold out...brrrrr!!! Gave up and brought in that huge pot of rue with the half frozen caterpillars on it inside the house. The warmth has revived them :o)
Saw some new eggs on them too...and they weren't colorfully decorated like the Easter ones - that means it better warm back up soon so this new batch can survive.
My living room is full of cages and pots :o) and I'm here on the internet looking at more reptariums and fresh-air habitats as well as getting ideas on how to build my own.
