Gardening Clubs for Disable in the SF Bay Area?

I'm co-organizing a networking fair for garden clubs to be held at the UC Berkeley Botanical Garden in late September. We want to attract as diverse a group as possible, not only in terms of gardening interest (ornamental, horticultural, xericultural, environmental....), but in terms of the socio-economic and ethnic background of the presenters and the audience.

There seems to be a club centered in Canada http://www.reachdisability.org/diga/index.htm but I was wondering if anyone knew of something in Northern California?
