Before I buy this can someone help?

Paint Lick, KY(Zone 6a)

I got a second chance offer on this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160101293781&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.com%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26satitle%3D160101293781%26fvi%3D1
A. Should I do it(with shipping $115)
B. Where can I find the replacement bulbs at a good price?
C. I had bought an 800gph biological filter and 18watt UV last week for 122.00 for both would they be the better idea(although I'll still have to buy a pump)
Thanks!

Looks like a good price to me, assuming it all works.. I found UV bulbs WAY cheaper than from pond suppliers on the internet---they're medical supply bulbs for sterilizers. I think I got them on ebay, in fact.

Thanks! I'm waiting to finish up the deal and found some cheap bulbs on ebay!

try aquascape.com for supplies

I tried that site it was one of the google ads sites. We have an aquascape dealer but his prices were way out of my range. I really was looking for something used since we plan on making the pond larger in the future. thanks though!
