Got the new issue. It has a big picture of my bloomin H. australis on the front. Love it. Thanks Annie!

How do I get one of these magazines ?
Sandi
Sandi,
Go to http://www.international-hoya.org/, and go to the membership page. Pay your dues and Fraterna should be mailed to you.

You know, I just realized I didn't get last quarters. I paid my dues. hmmm I'm sure this will be corrected shortly. I just purchased a subscription back in November and forgot about it. I got the July-Sept issue but thats it. Glad it was mentioned here.

They use bulk mail so often there is a long delay. This months is the first issue I have received on timein the mail. Annie and her crew are wonderful about rectifying any errors and sending off errant subscriptions.
Thanks Karen! There is a misprint on page 7, however, that everyone should note. The page starts off saying "Here are the recognized subspecies, their publishers, and their synonymns", but the names of the first two subspecies are left entirely off, so only the synyonyms for theses two are shown. The first subspecies should be ssp. australis (write it in just before the first bold faced "Hoya australis") and the second subspecies should by ssp. tenuipies (write it in just before the text says "Gymnema recurvifolium"). This portion of the article won't make any sense at all other-wise.

Will do, Mark - thanks!
Thanks for pointing that out Mark..It was an OOPS. I'll put in a correction in the next Fraterna.
Annie
