DLL message....

Phoenix, AZ

Yesterday I turned on my wireless Fujitsu laptop and received this popup message. I am by no means savvy about this device. I can push the buttons and send email etc. Anyone able to help me with what to do with this information? What is a "DLL"? Thanks a bunch!
...oh, recently I switched from D-Link wireless router (due to really bad help desk issues) to a Netgear wireless router. Installed by my local Frys Electronics fellowtech.

RTHDCPL.EXE illegal system DLL relocation
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The aplication will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the dll c:windowssystem32HHCRTL.ocx occupied an address range reserved for windows systems DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
