Hi,
I got a Tristar that I purchased (from Lowes) in a strawberry planter.
It is blooming now. Should I pick off these first blooms. I know I have to remove the blooms from the little starts I just planted (Seascape), but how about this older plant?
Thanks!
Strawberries, should I pick off blooms?
I bought tristar bare root and didn't take off the blooms. They did fine and are now 3-4 years old. They say to destroy them after 3 years, and I haven't done that either. I'll find out if the production drops off... LOL guess I'm a let it grow and do what it does naturally kinda gardener.
I didn't pick mine off last year -- they were new plants then -- and don't plan to this year either. Lazy!
Gwen
