I have bugs - they are not mites (I think?)

Missoula, MT

Please help. Sorry, but have no ability to post a photo today. Brugs in my greenhouse are getting eaten. There are no spots, rather, leaves are being chewed on from the outsude edge inward. The only insects I can see are tiny, fruit-fly looking guys. These leaves appear to be chewed on with teeth-like damage. I have many many other plants in there and brugs are the only ones being bothered. I have sprayed lightly with Orthenex twice, to no avail. The only other clue I have is this damage seems to be taking place at night. I am considering fogging - if I do, what product would you recommend? Probably don't have time to order anything online - needs to be readily available. Any thoughts, suggestions you guys & gals?

Also - on my last post - early March - a very nice lady dmailed me and I lost your name. You mentioned spending time in Missoula during your 'hippie days'. Please re-dmail me - would love to respond.

I,m just guessing but I just had a few bugs on my brugs called vine weevils. They chew the leaves from the outside edges. There is a post of what one looks like titled new pest..They are nocturnal you can see them at night with a flashlight. from what I understand they drop to the ground and play dead when disturbed and also they rest during the day under a leaf or in the dirt.
