Need good make-ahead dishes

I am getting married October 6 here at home in our garden, and I don't want to have to be doing a lot of cooking the day of the wedding, got so much other stuff to get ready on that day, so I am looking for great recipes for side dishes, appetizers, etc. that can be made in advance, at least one day in advance, preferably 2 or more days in advance, and then just served or heated and served on that day.
