It's time for a rain dance

Jacksonville, FL(Zone 9a)

OK, no rain in the forecast this week and it has been many weeks since we have had any rain down here. The trees are actively growing and sapping any remaining soil moisture so everything else is desperate for a drink. Don't even want to think about my water bill this month........

Indeed! We've had a few tease sprinkles, but nothing really worth mentionin. I've been watering my front lawn every other day. There is a 40% chance of rain today and tomorrow or 60% chance of it not, depending on how you look at things.

Well it rained here for about 30 seconds. Not enough to do any good, but sure made it humid!

Just got a few minutes of rain, didn't do much. Right now 2 inches over a day would be nice.

Maybe you'll get some more X, the radar shows a good bit of action in your area.

We got a few splashes for about 30 seconds; the driveway never even got wet all over.

Georgetown, SC(Zone 8a)

Rained here round 5 o'clock for about 10-15 minutes. Thundered like mad. I was hoping for big things. Rain gauge didn't even look "moist" at the bottom. It's a good thing I enjoy watering the garden. :)

Lol .. we did get a bit more rain, but not enough to make a real difference.
