I haven't been able to get on DG for the past couple of weeks because I was soo pregnant. Well Justan Dean was born on March 23rd. He is healthy and great!! One day he will be here with all the knowledge and advice from yall, so he can pass it onto others as well.
Here's Justan....
newest addition
Congrats on the new bundle! What a doll!
Thank you!! He is great. Sleeps almost 4 1/2 hours at a time.

I was lucky enough to have the two hour wakers for the first year plus of life. It was tiring then, but really , you realize that as a mother, you can make it through just about anything ;0) and are fortunate to have these little loves in your life. Enjoy him every minute!
OH HOW SWEET!!! I just love babies!! 4 and 1/2 hours? GO JUSTAN!!!! WOOT!!! :)
Good grief mine didn't sleep through the night until he was 7 months old!!
What a cutie!! March is a great time for birthdays! Both my husband and my son's are in March! :)
Nicole
Thank you!!
I love this time of year also. For the most part it's not too cold or too hot.
Seeing how we also have another son who turns 2 in May--someone was looking out for me:) since Justan is so easy. Jimmy jr. on other hand!!!
Here are the 2 of them together! Big brother loves new baby :)

Oh what a cute picture!!!! :) I never understood until I had one of my own what people meant when they said they want to BITE them!! LOL!! Now I know!! They're so adorable and you just love them so much you want to bite em!! :) (Not that I actually did mind you....)
Nicole
I am very proud of the both of them. Jimmy(older) likes the baby. I am constantly watching to make sure he doesn't hurt Justan on accident.
I hope they are close growing up. I wasn't with my brother and always wanted to be.
Nicole- how old are yours?
I hope they enjoy it. Maybe since they see mommy talking and liking it they will? It will be o.k. if not.
Oh I only have one! LOL!!!!!!! He turned 5 last month! :) Kids are so much fun!! It's the worrying I didn't anticipate though. I do too much of it.
My son is 'growing up gardening!' Course he still loves the 'regular' stuff as well but he certainly 'got some of it' from mommy!
So you will have TWO to help you dig holes when they are big enough! LOL!!
Nicole
great picture and sorry i am late to welcolme you to daves gardewn. always better to have an "older" brother.
Jimmy loves "helping" with the plants. I put them outside, he'll bring them in. I water them and he'll play in the wet soil. I wish I had a quarter for everytime I have to repot or vacuum soil off carpet. LOL He tries though and really thinks he's helping..so all you can do is thank him and encourage him to be careful and nice to the plants.
Here he is posing when I first got started collecting plants here in Texas. he'll have a green thumb yet!!
