Dogwood Clematis

This is so beautiful.. This is the only name I know for it.. Received a tiny cutting years ago in a trade.

the vine for you.

Yes Larkie i was gonna also say get a closer look at the flower and leaves.

My grandmother calls her Mock Orange a Dogwood Clematis. Don't know if its an old souther thing or what. Had never heard it called that agian until I saw this post.

Here's a little more close-up of the vine.. Leaves are just like the dogwood tree and also the bloom, no scent..

I don't think mock orange is a vine:it's a bush & "very" fragrant.
