How cold can tulip and hyacinths sprouts get?

Hi,
I have several things growing and I am trying to figure out what I need to mulch and what I can let endure the cold weather coming. My newly planted Negrita (sp) tulips that are coming up and the forecast is calling for low to mid 20's at night :*( Can tulips and hyacinths survive the low 20's?

They should be fine, Andrew, as long as they haven't actually started blooming. My sprouting bulbs have survived minus 10C (I think that's about 15F) with no ill effects, other than a little bleaching of some crocus foliage.
