Rox:
I have seen somewhere in the forums that there is possibility of an EON marker co op? I wonder if anyone is still thinking of doing this? Also, having not ordered markers from anyone yet, do you prefer these over EON markers and why? Have you bought the Paw Paw markers before? Thanks.

I have bought from Paw Paw for the last 5 years. Great product and quick delivery.

I haven't bought from Eon yet, but I just checked out their site that seems really good. Regretfully they don't have the style I want.

PS I chose the hairpin style hoping that they will not bend as easily due to the snow.

Rox,

I'll do 30 of them (or 33). I like the Cap Style (C) plates better - I think horizontal would be easier to read, but I don't want 100 of them.

Thanks for the info. I would love to, but I think I will wait and see if a coop is initiated, as I am thinking of other styles. I think the hairpin would hold up better, but I would like to be able to read it easier. I will post a thread and see if anyone will be doing a coop in either the EON or PawPaw...I am still quite new in all this to take on such a project, but I need markers, too!

I thought somebody had mentioned an Eon co-op starting soon.... check the co-op forum, especially the thread about upcoming co-ops.

I've always bought from pawpaw too, can't beat the price, but those cap styles are for the birds, they always come off and get lost, I have redone allmy labels to the rose style. I can't remebmer which ones they are, but their short and Istick them all the way to the ground, they don't get tore up by the chickens.

I love them, I bought l000 of them this spring,

Kathy-
Do you think that the hair pin labels (A) will have the same issues as the cap style (C)?

They look like their kind of capped over the wire like the cap style is don't they?

if that's the case, then I wouldn't buy them, any kind off movement with a rake or just jostling them around while their in the ground, loosens them and they tend to fall off. I learned the hard way and now i'm redoing all my labels because the caps fell off. Now i'm not sure if they are capped like the cap style or if the slip through the prongs like the rose style does. Just my opinion though.

NOTE: There is a Eon co-op:
