B. Northern Lights

Minneapolis, MN(Zone 4a)

This one doesn't suffer in the winter. It changes color with leaf age and light exposure.

smkennedy - would you mind telling me where you got your Northern Lights? It is beautiful. I had one that met with an untimely accident and I don't know where to find another one.

Thanks!

Sm Kennedy is no longer a subscriber. I know I used to see Northern
Lights listed at Logees Greenhouses. You might also look at Kartuz
website. If all else fails google Northern Lights Begonia and see
what hits.

Thanks Jackie! I appreciate your response. I had a begonia that looked very similar to the one Sm Kennedy pictured. I was on a big re-potting spree this spring and grabbed the pot it was planted in (it would die down in the winter to nothing), dumped it and put in another plant. A week later when I started sitting plants out of the garage to put out on the patio I realized what I had done. I was just sick. It was so beautiful and the leaves got huge. I never knew what it was as it was not tagged at the nursery that I bought it from. Anyway after a lot of research on the web the closest thing I can find to it is the Cowardly Lion or it might be Northern Lights.

Thank-You again,
Jonetta
