And get there early if you really want something....things disappear fast! I'm getting there before it opens....and hoping I don't get rained on.

TAMU plant sale March 31
Oh boy, another great sale and I am going to miss it too, Darn it!!!
Indeed a great sale! I got there early and was at the head of a very long line at 8am. Managed to bag two bottlebrushes at $8 each (gallon pots), one for me and one for my mom. Also picked up quite a few other things, including some nice passion vines, lantana new gold and dallas red, a cassia alata (finally!), a nice banana, some herbs and tomatoes. It was a lot of fun if you don't mind the early crowd and line to check out. I like mingling with people so I don't mind waiting. I highly recommend it for next year!

Got there late(8:45) and several things were already gone. I did get some rain lilies. The line for checkout took a long time but at least it wasn't raining! nancy
