Hard to say off hand many have similar looks to them. I would think Colocasia miranda also known as crushed velvet and someother names.
A velvety looking leaf a bit ruffled when mature?

how about high low princes?
Could it be Hilo Princess? This would be a hawaiian hybrid if I am getting it right. I would have to compare and see the thing to know for sure. Were is it from? A few more pics and I could tell you if I know it or not good pic of the stems leaves and possibly a flower.
