ID needed Anyone know what this is?

Actually as it comes up it resembles clover, but as it grows the leaves separate and look kinda like sweet pea. Pretty sure it isn't Sweet Pea though.

I wondered about that, as far as I know Baptisia is not supposed to be invasive. I just checked my wintersown seedlings and my Baptisia hasn't come up yet. I'm told it blooms its second year, yours might be old enough, if that's what it turns out to be.
