I've got a stump in the front of my house that I would like to mount some tillandsias on to include it in the landscape (since there is no hope of digging it out...too big and deep). I would only need 4 or 5 plants at the most. I have hoyas I can cut from to offer in trade or could do postage.
Thanks, Kim
looking for tillandsias
Kim,
They are easily available in large stores and Garden centers. The HD here has had them now and then, but they are in fancy, cute ceramic containers and cost a bundle.
Check out the plant Files and look up Tillandsia. There is always names of dealers that have that particular plant on sale. I was just somewhere recently and saw a bunch of them, but I can't remember where.
Happy hunting, Gita
I just remembered---I was at Lowes and they had many, many.....
G.
Our Lowes and HD don't have them....been checking about every week. I also can't really afford to pay a bundle for them so I was hoping to trade instead.
Thanks, Kikm
That would be great georgiagarden3. Are there any specific hoyas you are wanting?

hoya diversifolia
hoya cinnamomifolia
hoya obscura (seedlings from my plant)
