Blue Latan Palm
Latania loddigesii

flowers on Hawaiian plant- sadly I don't know if these are female or male flowers (are one or the other in this species)

It is a male blue lantania palm. Like in all 3 species blue , red or yellow , the male inflorescence is neat whereas the female inflorescence do have tiny fruits even if they are not polinised. It is also valid to Bismarkia nobilis palm.
