York County Master Gardeners are participating in the 2007 Earth Day Birthday celebration by hosting a plant sale. All plants were grown by MGs from seed, cuttings, division, or some other means of propagation. The variety should be diverse as many individuals are providing plants to sell. The sell will be from 10 A. M. to 2 P. M at the Museum of York County. It is located on the corner of Mt. Gallant Road and Museum Road in Rock Hill, SC. Come join us and perhaps find just the plant you were looking for. There will be more than 40 educational exhibits and hands-on activities designed to inspire the community to live green everyday. There is something planned for all age groups, the entire family can have fun together. Bring a picnic, walk the nature trail, and, of course, buy plants.
A number of the plants being offered will be from my yard. The picture shows one of the grasses, Miscanthus sinensis sarabande, which will be there to purchase.

York Co. MGs having a plant sale April 28
What date/s are the plant sale? I will be in your area the first week of April and am interested in knowing what you can grow successfully in your area and talking with fellow gardeners. Going to be visiting relatives and anticipating a move for MYSELF to ... N, S, E, or W of Charlotte in the near future!!
