What is the best way to root ...

I tried and they didn't work... I don't want to keep trying until I have taken "rooting for dummies" lol

I did try a rooting power...

I use dip N grow liquid rooting formula and put them in pure vermiculite under mist at the greenhouse.get about 99% rooted this way.

I got rooting tip from Eclipse and root the same way, except I use 1/2 vermiculite and 1/2 perlite. Have been pretty successful with hibbies. Dip N Grow seems to be better, but your regular root-tone has been good for me also, so use that if you can't find dip n gro.

Also, I've found it a confidence booster to try rooting basic/popular varieties and then venture into fancier stuff. Also, try rooting as many as you can at 1 time, if you're only wanting one, you can always give/trade the other ones. Whereas if you try rooting one and it doesn't take, you have nothing. It's a numbers game, baby.
