the last batch of brug seeds I soaked overnight all floated, and the germination rate seems to be pretty good so far (4 out of 6). I think it may just be the cork layer that causes the seeds to float.

I soak mine 2 days, if some float, I scratch the brown cork off them, then they seem to soak up the moisture and sink.
