Tips for new hoyas

Claremont, NC

Hi everyone, I am new to Hoyas and so far, so good. I already have Kentiana, Bilobata(I know that isn't the right name but that is what the tag says) bought fom Lowes and HD,
Krimson Queen and Krimson Princess(they said Carnosa Picta and Tricolor), and Cummingiana(all bought off ebay)
I recieved some in the mail today I bought on ebay from a different place. I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on watering, light needed etc. for these particular plants, they are Holliana, which I cannot believe, has one vine this is about 6 FEET long(which I will probably cut and root), and Camphorifolia, which is also a very good size. They came without pots and the roots and some dirt was wrapped in saran wrap. I was very impressed at the size of them, MUCH bigger than pictured. Should I just pot in my soil and water good?
Any tips on these would be great.
Thank you,
Sandi

Hi Sandi...

Did you check the sticky threads at the top of the Forum? There might also be a conversation about it you could SEARCH for. One of the important things when you first receive plants in the mail is to not put them in bright light straight off the bat...do it gradually.

Your new hoyas sound terrific...just pot them up like any other plant is what I would do.....

Also, here's a quickie tip sheet to get you started. But, as Carol pointed out, the info at the top of the hoya forum are excellent resources!

edited to say that the site won't let me post a pdf so I will post it below as a jpeg.

Here's the hoya care sheet as a jpeg. If you can't read it send me a dmail with your real email address and I'll send it to you as a pdf file.
