Tried something last night.
Cut several red potatoes into 1/4" slices.
Sprayed a cookie sheet with non-stick.
Spread out the slices.
Melted a tbsp butter, and spread with brush on each.
Finely scissor cut fresh dill and cilantro over each.
Baked about 6-7 inches from the broiler burner for 15-20 minutes
Perfect with the bison steaks and sauted mushrooms.
