can,t get rid of sonic update popup

this happen a while back ,thought i had got rid of it now its back
its from sonic update manager it says

9 an installation package for the product sonic update manager cannot be found try theinstallation again useing a valid copy of the installation package
then this c:hptmpscrupdatemanager-msi


this is driveing me crazy,it starts to update then i get all them messenges
