DD allergic to molds (yeast, cheese, vinegar, etc.)

I also posted this in the recipe section. My daughter was having severe headaches and finally was allergy tested. She was found to be allergic to molds which includes anything fermented (cheese, vinegar, yeast, beer, etc.) Anyone else deal with this? Anyone have any recipes. She loves salad dressings; unfortunately, they all contain vinegar. I found a recipe for bread using 7-up for rising but haven't tried this yet.
