I am new here and already have participated in some very nice trades. It's a great place! I am searching for some rhubarb plants or a rhubarb plant of any size that I can plant this year. I do have some nice books to trade, or---I am a great baker--so treats could be part of the trade too! I am looking for tasty good reds. I am particulary interested in some of the older varities such as Hawkes Champagne, Brown's Red --or actually any good red for eating. No green varieties--I have one already and the taste is blah!
I have the following books to trade:
Botany for Gardeners, Brian Capon- soft cover
Color in your Garden-Penelope Hobhouse, Hardcover
Rocky Mountain Flora- William Weber-Hardcover
Gardening Fruit Trees in the Small Garden, Edward Hyams--wonderful 1955 small gem of a book from England Hardcover
Pruning Simplified- Lewis Hill--hardcover
The Scented Garden, Rosemary Verey, Hardcover
Flower Garens, Penelope Hobhouse, Hardcover
Thanks!
