I finally got the chain link fence fixed so I could attach my reed fence to it. Before I start building the frame I have to decide if I want to keep the wood for the frame as is, paint it or stain it as I figure it will be easier and neater to paint/stain it before it goes up.
The top picture shows what the frame would look like natural. The bottom picture is where the fence will be going and what it will be hiding. The plants along the fence are Confederate Rose.
So if I stain or paint .. what color?
