hand's been asleep all day long

I haven't a clue as to what's going on, it started today around noon or so. Thought it just fell asleep, it's the same feeling. Right hand. pinky. and 2 other fingers, and half way up my arm.

I wonder if I need to go to the chiropractor for it. I've had my hands fall asleep before, but never last this long. It's quite annoying too. Sometimes the feeling goes almost away then it comes back full force, and now it's pretty much a fierce tingle feeling.

I have had heart surgery in the past, 2 years ago. don't think that has anything to do with it.

but it's bothering me, was too late to go to the DR today when I was finished in master gardeners class.
