What's gonna happen?

I don't know if yall remember how huge one of my Brugs got last year~~~

Well..I covered it ONCE when we had it get to freezing and seemed ok..but the last unexpected freeze..I didn't and it looks like this!~~~~~~

You're gonna grow it again in the same spot? Is this a test? it doens't look too bad. It should recover.

I thought Oh chit..it's a gonner and I am going to have to let it come back from the roots..but when I went outside the other day..I saw green coming off the trunk..isn't this HUGE..it is to me...do you think the branches above are dead??..

I feel your pain :( I thought mine was a goner too. But I also have tiny sprouts on the trunk. Good luck!!
