I am SOOOO excited. I haven't been back to the Portland area since we moved away in 2000 (we had preemie twins and moved back home to Utah where we have family- I needed my Mama to help with those tiny bundles who were an unbelievable amount of work). My husband and I have just booked tickets to come during the Waterfront Blues Festival. My husband is a huge music lover. Me, not so much. I'm coming to get back to all my wonderful nursery haunts! However, since it's been 7 years, there are probably some new and wonderful places to see.
I will absolutely visit Joy Creek Nursery- my personal favorite. I'll also hit the Old Heirloom Roses one in St. Paul. Since it's relatively close to OHR, I'd like to get out to Hedgerows too. Anywhere else that's a must visit? We'll be there July 3-8. Ack! I can't wait.
I'm coming on a PNW trip- garden shopping and hopping!
