The March 2007 First Class Version 2 database update has been posted and is available for download. This update contains 23 new or changed descriptions and 24 new photos.

Thanks, Joanne. I am still trying to decide about getting First Class. Please share how you use it. Hopefully others will share their experiences as well.

Oh you are most welcome! I use it most everyday. I also put a lot of violets that are not in the database in on my own and I also put photos into the database that are not in there or replace photos that are not so pretty or just don't do the plant justice.
It is very easy to use and Nan....I guarantee when you get it....you will say, why did I wait so long? It is well worth it!
Another feature I like is personal notes and I asked Joe if he could expand the allotted room and I forgot to check to see if he did that. In some of the groups I am in there are ladies that have been growing violets for years and they know a lot of the hybridizers or the violet and how it got its name....history more or less. I would like to be able to document that in the program.

I think that First Class is one of the most valuable plant items that I bought last year and I will continue to keep my subscription up to date. I would be lost without it.
