I have heard people say that boxers get their name from the fact that they use their legs and feet to box when fighting or playing.
Stormy and Theo are both boxers and like to flip each other and the other dogs with their front legs when playing.
Stormy is the brindle and Theo is the Fawn one. Sometimes Stormy (female) will lay her front leg across the other throat and I have to separate them. I don't know if she knows this chokes the other dog, or if she is just playing and doesn't realise it. Knowing what a little snit she can be at times, I think she knows she is hurting the other dog. She is a really fiesty girl.
