Moving just sprouted bulbs?

My first spring here, and many bulbs are coming up in unwanted places. Can I move them now or must I wait until after they flower and wilt down in summer? (They are 2-3 inches tall now, some tulips and some daffs)

If you really want to move them now, you could. But you'd have to scoop down deep enough to get
the roots. I've done this with daffodils so know it can be done. And with crocus too. I do not have
experience with tulips but would expect similar results.
