At this time we have 4 puppies...2 girls and 2 boys YAYYY !!! One girl is black and white, the other is brendle and creamy....both boys are brindle and cream or so it seems right now. Our Vet Tech thinks we might have at least one more but she isn't sure. Precious is a spoiled little doggy but has already proven to be a great little "Mommy". She doesn't seem mind any of us touching them. We are keeping the brindle female. Right now she is the smallest. I will post more pictures soon. Please keep us in your prayers. God bless you all, Love, Margo

Hugs everyone !!
Well, since I my post earlier yesterday a lot has happened !! After deliverig 4 puppies very quickly (2 & half hours) she stopped and yet we could feel another one inside of her. So, a very long story made short, we went to an Emergerncy clinic and had exrays and sure enough there was a larger puppy wedged under her ribs. Then we went to my Vet's Office and he did an emergency C-section immediately, reducing the risk of losing both Mommy & baby girl #3. Jack (my DH) had to stay home with my Mom so I could go with our Doggies. I got home around 6:15 AM. We have all slept from 2:30 this afternoon until around 6:00PM. God was surely with us all last night. It really scares me to think that if we had not had a Vet Tech with us maybe we would have "assumed" she was finished birthing her puppies and gone to bed, possibly losing them both. My Mommy dog, Precious, has been in a lot of pain from her surgery, but nothing has slowed her down from being a great mother to her babies. She doesn't mind company either....we've had family and friends up until 2:30 and then again after 6:00 PM !!. By 2:30 we all really needed a 3 hour nap, LOL!! We are all rested and happy now, some of us more than others, LOL!! Precious is very tired, Margo & DH are wayyy beyond tired but so thankful for caring people:))
God bless you all, Love, Margo
They're precious, Margo. Glad the little mom is okay. I sure wouldn't have known that she was carrying another baby that was too big to birth. Glad the Vet Tech was there.
Be still my heart . . . is there anything as precious as a mama dog with her babies? I'm so glad all is well with all of them!
Wow. Congratulations to all of you!

Last one for tonight....the puppy on his nose...future gymnist or Mommy just showing him who's the boss ?? She has been so good at sharing her new family with everyone. She is not jealous or snippy, but she does do a headcount and bathe them everytime we pick them up and hug them !! LOL God bless, Margo
Margo, thanks so much for sharing these heartwarming pictures - you have six little loves there!!!
Awww, cute. It looks like the puppy doesn`t want to let go while Mom says you get a bath right now. :)
Your precious babies made "Forum Photo of the Day"!

Gosh.. I couldn't get online until now.. it was driving me nutz worrying about these babiez! LOL I'm so glad you had the Vet Tech with you! I can't stop thinking about these lil suggliez. Keep the pics coming Margo! This is such a spirit lifter!
Congrats on photo of the day! :)
Thank you everyone, we sure are having fun :)) On our way to the Vet for a check up on the C-section. More pictures later today. Love and God bless you all, Margo
Gosh Margo, I got very busy and lost track of this after your post on the birth on another thread. I can't believe Precious is even big enough to have had 5 puppies inside. Your puppies are so adorable. I hope for a speedy recovery for your Precious. What a good Mom.
How is everyone doing now??
Hugs Kell and Everyone ! Precious is doing pretty well. She lost a lot of weight right after delivery which our Vet said is normal. I didn't tell everyone the gory details but after the birth of her 4th puppy we knew there was another puppy but Precious was not able to deliver her. She had an emergency C-section at 4:00AM after we took her to the all night Vet clinic for Exrays. The 5th puppy was lodged under Precious's left ribs. I was scared silly. Dr Cottingham, our Vet and friend, did the C section in his office. God blessed us with a wonderful friend and Doctor and the 3rd little girl. She was not able to breathe immediately but the Melissa, our Vet Tech that had been with all through the night said she was determined to not lose her and we didn't. God is so good. Dr. Cottingham said the puppies were twice the size he thought they would be so, again, we are blessed with very healthy, happy puppies. We bought a portable playpen to put beside our bed at night so we can feed Precious often and she can get on our bed for a much needed break whenever she wants, but the puppies cannot climb out, LOL.
Thanks for all your prayers and warm wishes. We really do appreciate them all. Here are a couple new pictures :))
The story and the pics bring tears to my eyes - what a lovely experience for you and DH (and us!).
Now there's a little heartbreaker for you!!! I'm so glad your mom is keeping her. I hope everyone of the babies goes with someone you know really well!!! Are you keeping any?
Oh that picture with your husband is so touching. When you think about it Precious has shown how trusting she is of your family to have her babies there and feel so comfortable. I can't believe how small they are. Just so darling. I am sitting here going AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Oh Gosh... that is the cutest thing ever.. all the pics! Those are the prettiest colors! I love the tri-color.. that is just too purty.. I wanna hold one so bad. LOL Maggie is a living doll.
OMG, They are so adorable. Congrats to the happy family.

How much do you charge for shipping to California? Do I get a discount if I take 2??
LOL !! Joycee if you reallllly want one we'll work it out :)) They are all doing so well. Maggie, the one we are keeping, opened her eyes today for the first time. She is such a little snuggler. All the rest are very sweet and huggable too. Precious is back to her normal self :) Spoiled rotten, but ohhh so loved. She doesn't mind us holding them but prefers to be held herself, lol. Tomorrow they go to the Vet for their 2 week check up. Precious loves to ride so she will teach the babies to love it too I guess. Our pool lady might want one and so does my Uncle Cudgy, both would be great homes, too.
God bless you all, Margo
They are all so tiny. Your husband looks so protective of them! What fun you will have as they start to get a bit older and get into everything.
How are they now?? they are uber duber cute, glad they are all ok
Cuties for sure! You are lucky they are tiny. My Boxer puppies are 5 weeks now & are really a handful. Boxers are basically inside dogs so they don't do well in the cold, as your dog is. So all these puppies get to be raised in the house, at least for 6-7 weeks. What a job! But also very fun too. So much for my duster!
Good luck! Bj
Oh Bj, they are adoreable. I have never seen a pure white Boxer--wish I lived closer, I would want one...or maybe we could trade one for one ? LOL
Please make a close up of one of the white pups....I can envision how gorgeous she is :))
Keeping them as housepets is a fun job, huh :) I have 3 left and the longer they stay the more apt I am to keep them all. I have one male, Scooby, that would make someone a great "lap" dog. He would rather sit on my lap than eat when he is hungry. He looks up at me as if to say "I know you'll feed me so I think I'l just sit here a bit longer". Ohhh, I could just hug on them all day long. We do let them run around the house since we have them pretty much trained to use the mattress protectors we put in their playpen. We just put one down and then run to it when they need it. Thank goodness that was easy with the 3 of them doing the "monkey see monkey do" routine.
God bless you all, Margo
