Try going to www.thepoultryconnection.com and do some searching/posting over there. Poultry is the specialty there and there are many knowledgable people on that site. If anyone will know, you should be able to find it there.

Cukoo Marans & Welsummers - how many you planning on getting?

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

I got 2 dozen eggs, but she didn't tell me if the two breeds weremixed. I'll have to ask her the next time i'm in town, thanks for the correct spelling. Could have got more, but I have 55 eggs in the incubator now and no room for more LOL the rest are rhode island reds and red sexlinks mixed

After doing the search it was cuckoo marans and I definitely can tell which eggs are those, their the seriously dark eggs. so they must be full blood, but I'll have to fnd out, if I can hatch these off well, i'll go back and get some more. as I can't keep up with the folks wanting eggs now. I know I have to wait 6 months or so, but I can wait.

Their both pretty though.

The Cuckoo Maran eggs are a lovely chocolate color. Jealous! I want some of them myself.... aren't Welsummers a darker egg as well?

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

Well, they weren't that dark, when I did the search on google they were very dark, but not a chocolate color. wondering if theirmixed. who knows.
