I've heard of folks putting grapes and apples and pecans and some even put in powdered ranch dressing mix.

How do you spruce up your chicken salad.

I bought a big roaster and want to bake it and pull it apart to make chicken salad with. We all love the apples and grapes, and the kids pick out the apples and grapes and leave the chicken. DH doesn't like his chicken salad like this. he likes it with eggs /sweet pickles and mayo.
