In just trolling around the web for recipesI found this really interesting site:

Thought I would share it with my friends on DG.....I first learned about Joyce White when she was a guest on one of the TV food shows, and was quite impressed! She is the coobook author of a couple of books on (African-American) Southern Cuisine. Has anyone else heard of her and tried her recipes?
