DH and his brother have been cleaning out their mother's house since she passed away. Yesterday he came home with a bottle of capers. While I know where they come from and what they are, I have no idea what you would do with them.

Do any of you have recipes or ways you use capers? We decided that we couldn't figure out what she used them for, but we want to try something with them.

TIA for any recipes or hints you have.
