Violets Blooming in the Hayfield

Dothan,, AL(Zone 8a)

Just took a ride through the hayfield and found violets blooming. There were also several other pretty little wildflowers that I don't know the name of. This is a sure sign to me that spring is just around the corner. Not only that but the butterflies and hummingbirds will be close behind.

I am totally aware that here in southeast Alabama we will probably have a cold snap or two before the middle of April but they won't last. It has been wonderful here today high 70's and it will be that way through Monday. No frosts at night either. I got a lot of work done to my flower beds. It feels so good to be out working.
